• A 3,746-square-foot home on the 9900 block of Spyglass Circle in Auburn sold in April 2021 for $1,100,000, a price per square foot of $294.
• In September 2021, a 4,823-square-foot home on Spyglass Circle in Auburn sold for $1,358,000, a price per square foot of $282.
