The property features four bedrooms, three baths, a garage, and two parking spaces. The unit sits on an 8,120-square-foot lot.

Additional houses have recently been purchased nearby:

• On Chappelle Way, Elk Grove, in October 2021, a 1,977-square-foot home was sold for $645,000, a price per square foot of $326.
• A 2,521-square-foot home on the 10000 block of Curtin Court in Elk Grove sold in May 2021 for $746,000, a price per square foot of $296.
• In August 2022, a 1,493-square-foot home on Chappelle Way in Elk Grove sold for $620,000, a price per square foot of $415.
