Additional houses have recently changed hands close by:

• A 3,142-square-foot home on the 2000 block of Swingle Road in Folsom sold in August 2022 for $1,677,000, a price per square foot of $534.
• On Sundahl Drive, Folsom, in July 2021, a 6,142-square-foot home was sold for $2,250,000, a price per square foot of $366.
• In September 2021, a 3,888-square-foot home on Ramos Drive in Folsom sold for $368,000, a price per square foot of $95.
