In total, 59 real estate sales were recorded in the area during the last three weeks, with an average price of $1.5 million, $804 per square foot.
The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of November 28 to the week of Jan. 16., even if the property may have been sold earlier.
$2 million, single-family home in the 9700 block of North Lake Boulevard
The property in the 9700 block of North Lake Boulevard in Kings Beach has new owners. The price was $2,015,000. The house was built in 1955 and has a living area of 3,106 square feet. The price per square foot is $649.
