• In April 2022, a 2,720-square-foot home on Oreno Circle in Folsom sold for $1,279,000, a price per square foot of $470.
• On Sundahl Drive, Folsom, in June 2021, a 3,150-square-foot home was sold for $1,395,000, a price per square foot of $443.
• A 3,084-square-foot home on the 600 block of Sundahl Drive in Folsom sold in December 2022 for $1,475,000, a price per square foot of $478.
