• On Manchester Drive, El Dorado Hills, in January 2022, a 2,720-square-foot home was sold for $1,337,000, a price per square foot of $492.
• A 2,720-square-foot home on the 1200 block of Manchester Drive in El Dorado Hills sold in August 2021 for $640,000, a price per square foot of $235.
• In May 2022, a 3,229-square-foot home on Montrose Way in El Dorado Hills sold for $850,000, a price per square foot of $263.
