The most expensive community in Nevada County is Truckee, where the median price per square foot in the last week was $580.

Outside of Placer County foothills, the best deal can be found in Grass Valley/Nevada City, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $302.

In the past week, a 2,380-square-foot home on Saint Andrews Court in Auburn sold for $705,000.
