• On U Street, Sacramento, in September 2021, a 3,830-square-foot home was sold for $2,200,000, a price per square foot of $574.
• In May 2022, a 3,128-square-foot home on T Street in Sacramento sold for $689,000, a price per square foot of $220.
• A 2,174-square-foot home on the 1900 block of 28th Street in Sacramento sold in May 2021 for $670,000, a price per square foot of $308.
