Farmhouse sells in Shingle Springs for $1.3 million

The spacious property located in the 3100 block of Noblecrest Lane in Shingle Springs was sold on Jan. 6, 2023, for $1,280,000, or $481 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a garage, and one parking space. It sits on an 8.9-acre lot, which also has a pool.

These nearby houses have also recently been sold:

• In July 2021, a 1,226-square-foot home on Poaching Lane in Rescue sold for $550,000, a price per square foot of $449.
• On Walnut Court, Rescue, in June 2022, a 2,655-square-foot home was sold for $1,170,000, a price per square foot of $441.
• A 3,469-square-foot home on the 3900 block of Walnut Drive in Rescue sold in April 2021, for $1,089,000, a price per square foot of $314.
