These nearby houses have also recently changed hands:

• On Impressionist Way, El Dorado Hills, in July 2021, a 3,885-square-foot home was sold for $1,090,000, a price per square foot of $281.
• A 4,102-square-foot home on the 100 block of Chardin Place in El Dorado Hills sold in June 2022, for $1,925,000, a price per square foot of $469.
• In May 2022, a 4,245-square-foot home on Orsay Way in El Dorado Hills sold for $2,099,000, a price per square foot of $494.
