Additional houses that have recently changed hands close by include:

• In May 2022, a 1,760-square-foot home on Scripps Drive in Davis sold for $1,035,000, a price per square foot of $588.
• A 3,546-square-foot home on the 1400 block of Carob Place in Davis sold in May 2021, for $1,580,000, a price per square foot of $446.
• On Carob Place, Davis, in August 2022, a 1,736-square-foot home was sold for $995,000, a price per square foot of $573.
