Single-family home in Davis sells for $1.5 million

A spacious house located in the 1500 block of Rialto Lane in Davis has a new owner. The 2,746-square-foot property, built in 1992, was sold on Feb. 22, 2023, for $1,450,000, or $528 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a garage, and three parking spaces. It sits on a 0.3-acre lot.

Additional houses have recently changed hands nearby:

• On Emerald Bay Drive, Davis, in June 2022, a 2,116-square-foot home was sold for $1,359,000, a price per square foot of $642.
• A 2,406-square-foot home on the 2800 block of Montgomery Avenue in Davis sold in May 2022, for $1,500,000, a price per square foot of $623.
• In December 2021, a 2,459-square-foot home on Chateau Lane in Davis sold for $525,000, a price per square foot of $214.
