The median price per square foot for a home in Granite Bay increased in the past week to $392. That’s $42 more than the Placer County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Granite Bay was $305.

The most expensive community in Placer County is Tahoe North Shore, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $790.

The best deal can be found in North Sacramento, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $297.

In the past week, a 2,508-square-foot home on Swan Lake Drive in Granite Bay sold for $985,000.
