• A 1,731-square-foot home on the 1900 block of Deer Valley Road in Rescue sold in July 2021, for $975,000, a price per square foot of $563.
• In December 2021, a 5,025-square-foot home on Deer Valley Road in Rescue sold for $2,055,000, a price per square foot of $409.
• On Green Valley Road, Rescue, in May 2021, a 1,403-square-foot home was sold for $3,300,000, a price per square foot of $2,352.
