The median price per square foot for a home in South Sacramento increased in the past week to $317. That’s $28 more than the Sacramento County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in South Sacramento was $285.

The most expensive community in Sacramento County is East Sacramento, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $519.

The best deal can be found in North Sacramento, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $256.

In the past week, a 2,675-square-foot home on Maruyama Court in South Sacramento sold for $850,000.
