Folsom-area home sales: Real estate prices in Folsom the week of July 23

The median price per square foot for a home in Folsom increased in the past week to $342. That’s $53 more than the Sacramento County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Folsom was $333.

The most expensive community in Sacramento County is East Sacramento, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $519.

The best deal can be found in North Sacramento, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $256.

In the past week, a 2,018-square-foot home on Sidney Way in Folsom sold for $692,000.
