North Sacramento-area home sales: Real estate prices in North Sacramento the week of July 23

The median price per square foot for a home in North Sacramento decreased in the past week to $256, which is the lowest in the county. That’s $33 less than the Sacramento County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in North Sacramento was $311.

The most expensive community in Sacramento County is East Sacramento, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $519.

Outside of North Sacramento, the best deal can be found in Natomas, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $267.

In the past week, a 2,817-square-foot home on Daydream Court in North Sacramento sold for $723,500.
