The median price per square foot for a home in Truckee increased in the past week to $600, which is the highest in the county. That’s $231 more than the Nevada County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Truckee was $597.
After Truckee, the most expensive community in Nevada County is Grass Valley/Nevada City, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $343.
The best deal can be found in Placer County foothills, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $341.
In the past week, a 2,831-square-foot home on Skidder Trail in Truckee sold for $1,700,000.
