The Delta-area home sales: Real estate prices in The Delta the week of Aug. 6
The median price per square foot for a home in The Delta increased in the past week to $254. That’s $32 less than the Solano County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in The Delta was $250.
In the past week, a 1,767-square-foot home on Canyon Spring Drive in The Delta sold for $450,000.
The figures in this text are based on sales registered during the week of Aug. 7.
