North Sacramento-area home sales: Real estate prices in North Sacramento the week of Aug. 6

The median price per square foot for a home in North Sacramento increased in the past week to $299. That’s $20 less than the Sacramento County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in North Sacramento was $277.

The most expensive community in Sacramento County is Downtown and Midtown, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $492.

The best deal can be found in Sloughhouse/Rancho Murieta/Wilton, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $237.

In the past week, a 1,819-square-foot home on Pepperridge Drive in North Sacramento sold for $545,000.
