Rocklin-area home sales: Real estate prices in Rocklin the week of Aug. 6

The median price per square foot for a home in Rocklin increased in the past week to $368. That’s $11 more than the Placer County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Rocklin was $338.

The most expensive community in Placer County is Tahoe North Shore, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $797.

The best deal can be found in North Sacramento, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $299.

In the past week, a 1,806-square-foot home on Iron Point Court in Rocklin sold for $665,000.
