The median price per square foot for a home in South Lake Tahoe increased in the past week to $472. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in South Lake Tahoe was $461.
In the past week, a 696-square-foot home on Arrowhead Avenue in South Lake Tahoe sold for $329,000.
