Galt-area home sales: Real estate prices in Galt the week of Aug. 13

The median price per square foot for a home in Galt increased in the past week to $345. That’s $16 more than the Sacramento County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Galt was $309.

The most expensive community in Sacramento County is East Sacramento, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $546.

The best deal can be found in The Delta, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $268.

In the past week, a 1,171-square-foot home on Saddle Court in Galt sold for $405,000.
