Arden Arcade-area home sales: Real estate prices in Arden Arcade the week of Aug. 13

The median price per square foot for a home in Arden Arcade decreased in the past week to $317. That’s $12 less than the Sacramento County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Arden Arcade was $322.

The most expensive community in Sacramento County is East Sacramento, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $546.

The best deal can be found in The Delta, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $268.

In the past week, a 1,071-square-foot home on Aurora Avenue in Arden Arcade sold for $340,000.
