South Lake Tahoe-area home sales: Real estate prices in South Lake Tahoe the week of Aug. 13
The median price per square foot for a home in South Lake Tahoe increased in the past week to $491. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in South Lake Tahoe was $472.
In the past week, a 1,140-square-foot home on Cherry Hills Circle in South Lake Tahoe sold for $560,000.
