The median price per square foot for a home in Granite Bay increased in the past week to $411. That’s $44 more than the Placer County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Granite Bay was $367.

The most expensive community in Placer County is Tahoe West Shore, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $998.

The best deal can be found in Placer County foothills, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $305.

In the past week, a 1,917-square-foot home on Northglen Street in Granite Bay sold for $789,000.
