Rocklin-area home sales: Real estate prices in Rocklin the week of Aug. 20

The median price per square foot for a home in Rocklin increased in the past week to $339. That’s $28 less than the Placer County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Rocklin was $326.

The most expensive community in Placer County is Tahoe West Shore, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $998.

The best deal can be found in Placer County foothills, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $305.

In the past week, a 1,810-square-foot home on Amethyst Drive in Rocklin sold for $615,000.
