South Lake Tahoe-area home sales: Real estate prices in South Lake Tahoe the week of Aug. 20
The median price per square foot for a home in South Lake Tahoe increased in the past week to $516. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in South Lake Tahoe was $491.
In the past week, a 1,170-square-foot home on Steven Lane in South Lake Tahoe sold for $604,000.
