How much did it cost to buy a home in Woodland CA last week?

The median price per square foot for a home in Woodland decreased in the past week to $272, which is the lowest in the county. That’s $64 less than the Yolo County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Woodland was $313.

The most expensive community in Yolo County is Davis, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $441.

Outside of Woodland, the best deal can be found in The Delta, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $290.

In the past week, a 2,110-square-foot home on Bourn Drive in Woodland sold for $575,000.
