Folsom-area home sales: Real estate prices in Folsom the week of Aug. 27

The median price per square foot for a home in Folsom increased in the past week to $358. That’s $47 more than the Sacramento County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Folsom was $347.

The most expensive community in Sacramento County is Downtown and Midtown, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $425.

The best deal can be found in Arden Arcade, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $265.

In the past week, a 2,150-square-foot home on Scenic Vista Court in Folsom sold for $770,000.
