Arden Arcade-area home sales: Real estate prices in Arden Arcade the week of Aug. 27

The median price per square foot for a home in Arden Arcade decreased in the past week to $265, which is the lowest in the county. That’s $46 less than the Sacramento County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Arden Arcade was $300.

The most expensive community in Sacramento County is Downtown and Midtown, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $425.

Outside of Arden Arcade, the best deal can be found in Rancho Cordova, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $270.

In the past week, a 1,412-square-foot home on Beresford Way in Arden Arcade sold for $375,000.
