Rocklin-area home sales: Real estate prices in Rocklin the week of Aug. 27

The median price per square foot for a home in Rocklin increased in the past week to $349. That’s $12 less than the Placer County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Rocklin was $339.

The most expensive community in Placer County is Tahoe West Shore, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $833.

The best deal can be found in Lincoln, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $296.

In the past week, a 2,188-square-foot home on Capistrano Way in Rocklin sold for $765,000.
