The median price per square foot for a home in West Sacramento decreased in the past week to $283, which is the lowest in the county. That’s $82 less than the Yolo County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in West Sacramento was $336.

The most expensive community in Yolo County is Davis, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $482.

Outside of West Sacramento, the best deal can be found in Woodland, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $292.

In the past week, a 2,377-square-foot home on Brenda Way in West Sacramento sold for $675,000.
