The median price per square foot for a home in South Sacramento increased in the past week to $338. That’s $24 more than the Sacramento County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in South Sacramento was $271.

The most expensive community in Sacramento County is East Sacramento, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $614.

The best deal can be found in Citrus Heights, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $280.

In the past week, a 1,221-square-foot home on Burns Way in South Sacramento sold for $413,000.
