Citrus Heights-area home sales: Real estate prices in Citrus Heights the week of Sep. 3

The median price per square foot for a home in Citrus Heights decreased in the past week to $280, which is the lowest in the county. That’s $34 less than the Sacramento County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Citrus Heights was $296.

The most expensive community in Sacramento County is East Sacramento, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $614.

Outside of Citrus Heights, the best deal can be found in North Sacramento, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $286.

In the past week, a 2,226-square-foot home on Mesa Oak Way in Citrus Heights sold for $625,000.
