The median price per square foot for a home in El Dorado County foothills decreased in the past week to $294, which is the lowest in the county. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in El Dorado County foothills was $309.

The most expensive community in El Dorado County is South Lake Tahoe, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $506.

Outside of El Dorado County foothills, the best deal can be found in El Dorado Hills, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $321.

In the past week, a 980-square-foot home on Cimmarron Court in Cameron Park sold for $288,500.
