Lincoln-area home sales: Real estate prices in Lincoln the week of Sep. 10

The median price per square foot for a home in Lincoln decreased in the past week to $323. That’s $25 less than the Placer County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Lincoln was $326.

The most expensive community in Placer County is Tahoe North Shore, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $788.

The best deal can be found in Placer County foothills, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $278.

In the past week, a 2,260-square-foot home on Donau Court in Lincoln sold for $730,000.
