The median price per square foot for a home in South Sacramento decreased in the past week to $290. That’s $29 less than the Sacramento County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in South Sacramento was $303.

The most expensive community in Sacramento County is Downtown and Midtown, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $535.

The best deal can be found in Natomas, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $283.

In the past week, a 1,410-square-foot home on 46th Avenue in South Sacramento sold for $410,000.
