Folsom-area home sales: Real estate prices in Folsom the week of Sep. 17

The median price per square foot for a home in Folsom increased in the past week to $373. That’s $54 more than the Sacramento County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Folsom was $348.

The most expensive community in Sacramento County is Downtown and Midtown, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $535.

The best deal can be found in Natomas, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $283.

In the past week, a 1,876-square-foot home on Nettle Drive in Folsom sold for $700,000.
