The Delta-area home sales: Real estate prices in The Delta the week of Sep. 24
The median price per square foot for a home in The Delta decreased in the past week to $265. That’s $22 less than the Solano County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in The Delta was $301.
In the past week, a 1,767-square-foot home on Colonial Way in The Delta sold for $470,000.
