Folsom-area home sales: Real estate prices in Folsom the week of Sep. 24

The median price per square foot for a home in Folsom decreased in the past week to $343. That’s $22 more than the Sacramento County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Folsom was $373.

The most expensive community in Sacramento County is East Sacramento, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $576.

The best deal can be found in Rancho Cordova, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $261.

In the past week, a 1,963-square-foot home on Ballou Circle in Folsom sold for $675,000.
