The median price per square foot for a home in Tahoe West Shore increased in the past week to $810, which is the highest in the county. That’s $449 more than the Placer County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Tahoe West Shore was $571.
After Tahoe West Shore, the most expensive community in Placer County is Tahoe North Shore, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $651.
The best deal can be found in Roseville, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $293.
In the past week, a 2,006-square-foot home on Rustic Lane in Tahoe West Shore sold for $1,625,000.
