The median price per square foot for a home in Arden Arcade increased in the past week to $364. That’s $40 more than the Sacramento County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Arden Arcade was $330.

The most expensive community in Sacramento County is East Sacramento, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $538.

The best deal can be found in Galt, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $246.

In the past week, a 1,302-square-foot home on Holt Way in Arden Arcade sold for $475,000.
