Folsom-area home sales: Real estate prices in Folsom the week of Oct. 1

The median price per square foot for a home in Folsom increased in the past week to $355. That’s $31 more than the Sacramento County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Folsom was $343.

The most expensive community in Sacramento County is East Sacramento, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $538.

The best deal can be found in Galt, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $246.

In the past week, a 2,436-square-foot home on Parkway Drive in Folsom sold for $865,000.
