The median price per square foot for a home in North Sacramento decreased in the past week to $299. That’s $25 less than the Sacramento County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in North Sacramento was $319.

The most expensive community in Sacramento County is East Sacramento, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $538.

The best deal can be found in Galt, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $246.

In the past week, a 1,670-square-foot home on Buffwood Way in North Sacramento sold for $500,000.
