The median price per square foot for a home in Granite Bay increased in the past week to $456. That’s $97 more than the Placer County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Granite Bay was $414.

The most expensive community in Placer County is Tahoe West Shore, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $703.

The best deal can be found in North Sacramento, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $299.

In the past week, a 5,807-square-foot home on Granite Manor Place in Granite Bay sold for $2,650,000.
