Rocklin-area home sales: Real estate prices in Rocklin the week of Oct. 1

The median price per square foot for a home in Rocklin increased in the past week to $313. That’s $46 less than the Placer County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Rocklin was $312.

The most expensive community in Placer County is Tahoe West Shore, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $703.

The best deal can be found in North Sacramento, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $299.

In the past week, a 2,757-square-foot home on Saratoga Circle in Rocklin sold for $865,000.
