The median price per square foot for a home in South Lake Tahoe increased in the past week to $464. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in South Lake Tahoe was $463.
In the past week, a 1,840-square-foot home on April Drive in South Lake Tahoe sold for $854,000.
