Davis-area home sales: Real estate prices in Davis the week of Oct. 1

The median price per square foot for a home in Davis decreased in the past week to $404, which is the highest in the county. That’s $90 more than the Yolo County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Davis was $512.

After Davis, the most expensive community in Yolo County is The Sacramento Area, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $327.

The best deal can be found in West Sacramento, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $274.

In the past week, a 2,475-square-foot home on Ponteverde Lane in Davis sold for $1,000,000.
