The median price per square foot for a home in West Sacramento decreased in the past week to $274, which is the lowest in the county. That’s $40 less than the Yolo County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in West Sacramento was $285.

The most expensive community in Yolo County is Davis, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $404.

Outside of West Sacramento, the best deal can be found in The Delta, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $291.

In the past week, a 1,201-square-foot home on Haverhill Street in West Sacramento sold for $330,000.
